It's chicken and egg. We are years away from a pipeline imo, for many reasons. As you say, we need good volumes. Good volumes means many more producing wells.So we need good storage i.e. a Tank Farm with much larger capacity than we have at the moment. Then if we go ahead and build said Tank Farm with larger pumping capacity, and lay a pipeline to the rail Terminal or Batumi, can the receiving end accept flows in excess of 200 m3/hr?

A lot of planning, building and money required and it won't happen overnight.
