I was one of the 4 PI's who went out to Georgia last year to see the operation first hand. What we've got is very basic stuff and we are a real minnow in terms of scale and scale-ability. However, I came away convinced we have a humungous amount of hydrocarbons. We've just got to have faith in the BoD. If you haven't go that, no point being here.

Done the ride once and didn't sell a single share (that lesson is also in the book)

I know exactly what you mean about the SP taking off and your paper profits climbing and climbing. 4 years ago the SP got to 1.84p and I was £12k from being a millionaire. Two years ago I was over 90% down, worth. Not many other shares on AIM have such a steep roller coaster lol

I helped empty the east Irish sea of all it's hydrocarbons. There's hardly any left now lol.

As for an Efes bender, that would depend on which country I was in at the time. The brand of beer being optional 😂

Many moons ago there were a core number of posters on here and we all got on very well. Had a good laugh etc. whilst watching the paint dry. The SP was stuck between 0.65p and 0.75p for what seemed like an eternity, with the odd tumble or spike. To liven things up, a few of us would go walk about for a bit of fun by selling FRR and buying other stock. It almost always ended in tears and these tales of woe, plus other AIM follies that I and others had made were all captured in my fictitious book lol

Most certainly. Thoughts of being a millionaire have all but gone now. Would be chuffed to be able to walk away at break even. When I first piled in here, I had over 2% of the shares in circulation. That would be circa 300 million shares now.

I have no secrets. Just over 50 million. Unfortunately not able to take advantage and lower my average in the dark days of 0.065p levels.

I wish the publisher would take all the leaves out of my book. Maybe a lot of people would be just that bit better off?

For the record, there are three or four posters on here who have similar numbers of shares than me, in one case 30 million more. But their averages will be much better than mine.
