I believe the original relist was proposed for October 2017 so I would agree they have underestimated the process in a BIG way. I remain Confiident they will relist but who knows when..

Anyone noticed on quite a few exchanges it's now showing a higher market cap and around double shares in issue?.. Speculation the move is being done.. I suspect a glitch but many exchanges are showing this

Yes I'm sure that's the case. This is also a new situation for many holders it seems. There is info further down the posts on rules for isa and a delisted share. At least the tax man will be happy.

As they haven't confirmed the move then this is probably correct.. They are 'seeking' to move. Chose a broker and see if you can move the holdings to another account.. You can also get a share certificate.. What a pain and silence from mcc

My opinion is, if February fades with no prospectus they are buying time for whatever reason. I would be more concerned if we pass this month with no prospectus.. I'm assuming any news will not come in rns form as we are on any market. So probably a good idea to sign up for their newsletter. Now we will see how good these guys Really are.. Over to you MCC...

Can't see MCC getting their act together just yet.. It would seem they went on holiday, came back assuming all was fine and forgot to do some homework. For the ISA holders this is certainly not good. Equally concerning is some brokers have different policies on how they deal with the situation. Blanket rule remains: shares will be moved out of ISA 30 days after delist.. Mcc shareholders are effectively homeless, for now. I would expect MCC to make some type of statement on this matter for their shareholders

HMRC rules state, if a share is delisted for more than a month then shares are moved out of the isa to share dealing account. Kick in the teeth indeed for ISA holders if MCC don't manage to do it in time

Anyone spoke with their brokers? Apparently isa holders are in a bad position as they didn't de list and re list at same time.. Will maybe have to bed and isa.. This is the case for one broker not sure about the rest.. Poor show mcc

Dec 20 rns........ On 13 October 2017, the Company announced that it anticipated its shares to be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List and its admission to AIM contemporaneously cancelled. The Company, in conjunction with its external advisors, is continuing to progress the process and documentation to effect the cancellation from AIM and move to the Standard Segment of the Official List, and expects to be able to communicate a definitive timetable during January 2018 So does that mean we will get something definitive in the next couple of days....

Obviously we know they have so there may be a reason sentiance haven't said anything.. It would seem mcc have the biggest slice compared to the others.

Growing.. Rns reads well but still seems uncertain as to the market move.. I suspect there is still work to be done here. Chairman's statement seems positive but no guarantee.. Maybe some clarity in the weeks to come

Sentiance have made many partnerships over the last few months.. It's worth a Google and a read.

Agreed. They were doing quite well with updates now it's dead. Shame really as they did promise more pro active communications. Promises promises. Maybe next year we will hear something when they wake up.
