I'm not sure what 'expense' could be attributed to knowing who your main shareholders are, however.

Paul seems to be basing this on the fact such a list was released in May previously without the company having a firm commitment for release date. It could come at any point without that.

Just for those like yourself Rog and following from what I said yesterday, the Iranian regime released this video yesterday afternoon.

It's not the Iranians who have lost face here, it's Trump and Israel, especially the former. If the US are seeking deescalation, the Iranians have won, the regime is still intact, unlike Trump's presidency.
