The 10p placing just creates a short term trade position for those wanting in cheaply. If aaog wanted £4m here is 2 scenarios. 1 - 30m shares at 15p for £4.5m and a total of 207m shares and a mcap of £31m. 2 - 40m shares at 10p for £4m and a total of 217m shares and a mcap of 21.7m Finncap believe we are worth currently £67m (177 / 38p) So option 2 if proved correct in the morning shows a lot of upside for those at 10p.

The placing news at 7am I believe. Extra 40m shares at 10p will equate to 217m shares in issue and 4m cash in hand. SharePrice at 10p will be 21.7m with the recent strikes and Djeno to come. Get it out the way and back up by next week waiting for news on drill bit.

This is what I believe may happen. Oilex current % 45 GSPC current % 55 Oilex and GSPC agree to a farmout of 60% in total (25% from Oilex and 35% from GSPC) for free drills and money spent on cam bay. GSPC agree to give Oilex 10% of their share too for payments owed. Then the total % for each partner would be Oilex 30% GSPC 20% and JV partner 60%.

The order is now on the court website but won’t open yet. There is 4 on ‘available orders’ but only 3 of them will open.

Case disposed"in Courtview typically means the case is over (at least temporarily as I explain below), either via plea deal, trial, or dismissal. ... If a document says “disposed” that means that the final determination in that case has been reached and the Court will not need to take any further action.

Court website now says 1st November for orders.
