it is the online limits the mm's will give via RSP to trade electronically at any one time. It is usually an indication of demand for the share at the current price. when the buy limit is low and a couple of small buys go through the price is soon moved up. Looks like the bottom has been tested a few times and most of the selling has been finished for now and the shareprice could bounce back up.

I believe things will start picking up by the end of next week...
