Does SNG measure viral load (?) Through the treatment course ?
To me it looks to be the quickest way to prove efficacy in Phase 2 guise !

What is your experience with Dex, it seems to be the best we have currently and is used on those most sick individuals. I'm sure you agree treatment options are needed earlier to keep people out of our icu departments.

The drug I referenced deserves more recognition from government supported agencies including the Science and Technology committee who failed to acknowledge its promise while promoting drugs that have not had such sucessful trials - why is this?

Synairgen have recently undertaken the final dosing of their "at home" phase 2 trial and have begun an international phase 3 hospital trial with the first lady dosed in a Hull hospital some 4 weeks ago.

From the outside it appears that this great work is being done without the support of central government, as an investor in the company I have a vested interest in the success of this treatment but moreover hope it can be a significant part of the UKs recovery from this pandemic and save lives.

Given additional support this important trial could be filled more quickly - I hear often on the radio advertising for convalescent plasma donors for example !

I hope that the lancet article piqued your interest and you would consider offering support to your colleagues in government to emphasise the need for effective treatments; Synairgen and others.
