There are some sells in amongst those buys anything 5.425 - 5.466 is a sell, however the BID is strengthening so don't think that it will be long before it makes a move northwards, unless there is as big sell lurking in the background.

Agreed, some chunky buys, last one being 7.5m at 0.409, MMs adjusting the spread just before printing it to show it as a sell, think this will now fly into close.

It may be a complete coincidence, however the 3,518,181 is the same number of shares as bought in the 2 transactions 2,270,454 & 1,247,727, looks like someone bought in straight after the RNS and has got bored already, less than 24hrs later at a cost of £1,700 ! ! ! ! Looks like patience isn't key to them

Personally I think that the £43k trade was a sell, however the fact that the MMs were prepared to take that and the subsequent sells, would indicate that they are happy to accumulate in anticipation of forthcoming news, especially given the price action late yesterday, possible large buy order being filled in the background.

It would be so much better if it was transparent as I am sure that the less experienced investors get spooked by MM games and manipulation, annoying to say the least.

piker, whilst I totally agree that the MMs do not mask buys as sells as this is based upon the website algorithm, they can however manipulate the spread offered to have the same effect. If you have been following EUA at all over the past week, the MMs there, consistently increase the Ask so that buys are shown as sells to try to create panic amongst the PIs, often working.

Same pattern again today, 300k of sells, followed by a 300k buy @ 2.45, again lower than the general PI can purchase at

NC there are a mix of buys and sells showing all as sells, today the trades at 0.228, 0.229 & 0.2299 are all buys, it's always good to keep an eye on the actual buy and sell price by doing dummy trades so that you get a cleared idea of the buy / sell split.

Another 300k buy @ 2.50p when the best price available all day has been 2.58p

Interesting trades though ben as that price is not available on the open market so must be somebody who has an agreement with the MMs to pick up any excess stock whilst the MMs continue to shake out the PIs. Interesting.......

I can't actually believe that the PIs are playing so much into the MMs and the big buyer's hands. They drop the bid, people panic and sell, the MMS mop them up knowing that they flip them to the big buyer, tough job.

Certainly feels like significant progress is being made even if not yet concluded and the significant minority interest with no shareholder dilution as you have pointed out makes for pleasant reading.

Agreed mcadder, seems to be a good deal of positivity not being priced in currently with more to come.

The Board of CNE (AIM: CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that it was notified on 23 October 2019 by Richard Bennett, a director, that on the same day he had acquired 300,000 shares at an average price of 2.72p per share.

Following the acquisition, Mr Bennett now holds 1,137,747 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Really don't understand those traders who buy and then sell so quickly, losing money.
