3.7m buy at 0.645p, that is why - WOW feels like something big is about to happen here.

Are we confident that they are talking about the deal taking that long or are they talking about the cash runway being sufficient to support a resolution through to Spring 2021?

Interesting that the MMs are moving the spread wherever possible to that buys are showing as sells. This has been bought up very since the funding has been sorted, however most buys have shown as sells.

MMs fishing for shares, drop the Ask but won't let you buy..............

Bid has moved nicely now, looks like the Warrant overhang has been cleared, this moves on low volume and should be trading closer to 1p, if the buy volume continues, this will fly.

Some nice buying today and the MMs have gone NT @ 0.35p, asking 0.3625p for any volume, now that it is funded for the next phase of the plan, this should move up nicely back above 0.40p and beyond.

Do you think that the warrants just converted are being flipped? That is my thinking as there has been weakness in the SP for a few days now, with buys outweighing sells comfortably.

The two significant contracts (which people doubted existed) are fantastic news and will serve as great reference points to other large companies. From experience, if you can crack one of the large car dealership groups, you are then in with a very good chance of cracking others. Massively undervalued here and will go from strength to strength.

Further to its announcement of 26 March 2020, Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading location data verification company, announces that it is issuing 11,428,666 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the final exercise of warrants at 0.1p per Ordinary Share. The Company confirms that the warrant instrument has now lapsed and no further Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued on 26 March 2020.

Totally agree Lakeside, MMs have dropped the Bid & Ask to shake out the last few traders, however they won't let you buy at 1p, asking 1.149p, I managed to grab a quick 100k top-up at 1p, amazed that we have dropped back this far however happy to take advantage of the opportunity to top-up, Great turnaround in play, fantastic contracts won for blue chip and multi-year, alot of the dead wood and mess cleared up so will move forward leaner and more profitable.

To collect shares from the mug punters that they sold to at 1.40p - 1.60p. If only people had an investment window greater than 4 - 6 hrs, great turnaround story here and the potential is significant. Expect the rerate to continue once the MMs have got their books back level again.

Totally agree Grenade and like you I am pleased with the minimal discount to the current SP. This should enable ORR to push on with the plan and deliver shareholder value.

Asking 1.55p on IG for 100k shares......................... This is only going one way and the MMs have been caught short
