£30k delayed buy just printed, premium paid as the Ask was 0.65p at the time, thats £60k taken in 4 trades this morning........ Under starters orders, please take your positions.

I feel that given the expected news, this is a great time and price point to get in or top up.

That's great news, a 40% increase by way of an updated independent Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate for Toral, reported in accordance with JORC (2012).

That certainly explains the tick-up yesterday, expect the SP to motor on this news and break 20p again.

Agreed Robinson2018, IG have gone NT @ 1.20p for any volume greater than 100k shares, a few decent buys and we will smash through 1.20p and head beyond. This agreement has massively de-risked ANGS for me.

CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO) a UK provider of IT and communications solutions to businesses and public sector organisations, announces that it received notification yesterday that Non-Executive Chairman, Simon Duckworth has purchased a total of 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.15 pence per share. The purchase of Ordinary Shares took place as follows:

• 250,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 7 August 2020 at a price of 1.15 pence per share

• 250,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 10 August 2020 at a price of 1.15 pence per share

Following these trades, Simon Duckworth's beneficial holding is 8,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.67 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.

Totally agree Takeyourbets, the fact that AC can raise money @ 0.70p very easily by the looks of it with existing investors, gives me confidence that at this level, the investment is attractive. I have therefore added 1.3m to my holding circa 10% below the latest raise. It may drop a bit lower, however if AC can deliver on one of the projects, this could rerate very quickly from this level.

Very pleasing dvharrison and looking forward to know who the other investors who took part in the placing are.

Agreed Echo1, looks like the MMs have gone defensive to put off buyers, however we have had a nice bounce from 0.65p to buy and I feel that with a few more buys we will be moving back up quickly which BOD does. We can't be far off getting the expected news now and I believe that even a just a sniff of positivity, we will rerate.

Just grabbed the last 100k @ 0.70p, now definitely NT @ 0.70p for any volume on IG

After the 700k plus buy, there can't be many left sub 0.70p. IG will let me have 250k, before they ask for a premium (0.725p) which usually means NT on other platforms.

Large sell just printed at well below bid available for most of the day, that's not a great sign given that we are hoping for positive news imminently :-( .

Steady buying continuing today and some chunky buys, this is unusual for PFP in the past month or so, hopefully someone knows something and we are due an update.

Yet all sells on LSE with the exception of the 500k first thing.................. Are the MMs trying to manipulate again?

MMs have moved the spread and raised the Ask so that the algorithm prints all buys as sells........... Interesting again by the MMs

I think that the buys have mopped up the large delayed sell, therefore we should be clear to move up now, surprised that it has dropped this low, however have taken the opportunity to add at a level 15% lower than the recent placing. LTH for me.

Grabbed some at 0.649p, got my timing right for once as 1m delayed buy just showed up, which was actually seconds before mine. Ask moved back to 0.70p and asking 0.69p. Fingers crossed we bounce from here, whoever bought the 1m seems to believe so.

Decent buying volume continuing with a few traders taking their 5% - 10%, missing out on the expected rerate. Don't think you will be able to buy sub 2p for much longer as this moves very fast when it moves.
