The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Should be very soon cornamaddy, some nice buying today and obviously a few placee flippers around. Any sniff of positive news and this will move up quickly
Nt to buy @ 0.105p now...................... Hold on to your shares
Last 2 x 1m trades are buys and not sells as printed - next buy pays 0.099p - £40k snapped up yesterday
This should now move up very nicely ! ! !
Delayed buy for 28,921,023 @ 0.09p 14:09:07 just been printed - £26k - that is almost £40k of stock in 2 trades ! ! ! Someone is obviously expecting significant upside from this price
LSE has been going through one of it's 'poor' phases this past week so not surprised tbf
Totally agree brig0d00n , such a good message that you had to send twice ;-)
Certainly looks like it Lennie, unfortunately those who know the company well (except those who forget on Main Market) will know how well the company is run and the future prospects for the company.
By my calculations, the Warrants will have raised just shy of £240k for the company - normally Warrants are exercised with more headroom to the current SP than today's, therefore this indicates to me that a SP move is expected.......... Back above 1p for starters
Apologies Vinok, that's the second time that I have got that wrong :-( You are correct
Looks like the market liked the news this morning - I certainly did ;-)
Campomar, whilst you are trying to put a negative spin on it, I see this as being hugely positive as it aligns them more to the shareholders and also shows their belief in the future success of the company and SP growth. Alot of AIM BODs will run their company like a lifestyle company and simply drain the cash from the company - MNRG is different to this and that is why I have allocated a higher % of my portfolio to this company than I normally would :-)
Looks like positive news is on the way as a £40k buy @ 2.40p with a timestamp of 15:49:20 last Friday just popped into the trades this evening. At the time the ask was 2.30p so that is a nice premium for that size of purchase. There was also another 450k trade @ 2.32778p that popped up with a timestamp of 16:39:17 today, as the Bid never touched that during the day and the Ask was under this price for most of the day, this also has to be a buy. So therefore over 2m shares have been bought in 2 trades over the past 2 days - WOW ! ! ! ! !
I personally see it as good news, Baverstock obviously wanted to sell and the fact that another II has agreed to take nearly all their shareholding is positive - saves it hitting the market and whilst we don't know the price - it should underpin this price level and give us a good base to build from.
Looks to me that Baverstock have sold their stock (or almost all) to Daehan. Baverstock have gone from 11.53% to 0.0% and Daehan have gone from 0.0% to 10.77%.
B4G67 An interesting thought, is it 30% before having to make an offer so at 21% there isn't too much further to go. Potential is huge and massively undervalued at a little over £2.5m using today's mid price to value - WOW
Trev123, you are right we are Main Market listed which is one of the key attractions for me - Apologies
Being an investor in VAST has been a rollercoaster, sadly with more downs than ups so far, although if the asset is as good as the JORC says, it will come good eventually, not a short term hold though. Not sure what people expected in the interims, think the MMs are just having fun as usual. BOD do have a JV with VAST relating to diamonds in Zim, the CEO of VAST has flown to Zim so hopefully there is some news on that soon......... That could give the BOD SP a boost as would the results of the recent drilling - exciting times to be invested in BOD
I would agree with your comments Scarface72, the previous small raise was at 0.60p so this is at a higher SP for a larger amount which to me shows growing confidence in the business. I think the dip to 1.10p to buy may be the closest that PIs get, I think from memory the lowest buy price following the 0.60p raise was 0.65p so about 10% above the price raised at. This will certainly be the case if Forest Nominees continue to buy and newsflow is as expected.
Mirasol, thank you for your condescending and patronising post ! ! I full understand how the algorithm works thank you, whilst the MMs have no influence over the algorithm itself, they can maintain a spread with live buy and sell prices which result in buys being printed as sells or sells as buys and often do this to confuse and/or manipulate the market.
MMs have been running a crooked book for the past hour or so, therefore showing all trades as sells, eventually people will follow like sheep, hence the last 3 trades actually being sells - Herd mentality falling for MM games - makes me laugh
