couple of things on the production rates, not sure what kind of lower completion they run, blank pipe perforated, screens or sliding sleeves!!! . These could of declined purely through screens being blocked, sands coming into the production tubing and filling up restricting flow, perforated area has just blocked over time so might just need re-perforated as a cheap option. An intervention (drift Run) will confirm HUD then take it from there. Might be a case of acid stim required or a water injection strategy needs to be formulated. I dont know enough about these zones but just throughing some thoughts at it :)

if the is high pressure then its connected to a reservoir, to my knowledge no water injection has been introduced to this field, it is still very much virgin ground

there was a couple of sizable punts with those after hr trades on Friday, follow the money

they could easily release an rns Monday stating that they have referenced a high pressure zone and require further analysis, circulated drill cuttings would also show finds which again would need analysis.
