The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Maybe the future of patient care for most people will start in Pharmacy , the Pharmacist job has changed recently and they can now write you a Prescription etc . Perhaps only the walking dead will ever get through the hallowed doors of a surgery and diagnostic machines will play a big part in the future of this, maybe this is Biosynex reason for showing an interest in Novacyt or should i say Premier Design, new diagnostic machines will be developed by this part of the company with the ability to detect more illnesses . They are clever cookies at Biosynex with ambition , its a win win for them , they buy shares dirt cheap ,and just their interest in the company makes the SP rise significantly . Perhaps they keep buying and selling a few into the rise , until they think its time to make a move. Like porky would say though , DYOR, IMO, rampy ,ramp ,ramp lol
It does seem to move around this time of year , April / May , Isa maybe, so im hoping for some double figures .IMO
I want to see a plan from these numpties of how the are going to spend our cash, and not just on new offices , nice new cars and fat pay and pension schemes
If Boris has to go , i hope he has a "monster" leaving party lol . Hopefully he gets a 10k fine and thats the end of it, lets not pander to the lunatic labour supporters
Hmm no boom , im giving it till Friday lol , its sad ive got to cling to the hope of a takeover or settlement of the DHSC issue just to try and reduce my loses . ive got zero faith in the B.O.D
i have to think David ( the caretaker) is just along for the ride,so not expecting anything from him in the April statement ,yes he may have bought in but i think thats because he either knows the DHSC settlement is close , or more likely that a cheap takeover is definitely on the cards . personally i consider it all to be a bit murky , of coarse this is just an opinion without any proof , just feel the whole thing stinks
One year today since it fell of a cliff with that sneaky 12 o clock RNS , its the "Novacyt way" silence then Boom!! Im hoping this time its good news today or Monday, of coarse it may just be silence as normal. Ive got very little experience in investing , but what i can say is out of all the companies i have invested in so far Novacyt have been the worst at shareholder / market relations .Disgrace
Next Monday for DHSC settlement imo , i can feel it in my water
yep retire at 55 , why would you carry on? the money is in the tin, And lets face it everyone should really retire at 55 , no good waiting till your 68 . Long hours being a GP and lets not forget the health risks involved even before covid so im not saying it all fill ya boots and money for nothing. But Dont many retire also because there is a limit to the amount of money you can pay into your retirement pot and by 55 you ve probably reached it
Well it just so happens im one of the 5million this week , im double jabbed and boosted, not been to bad with it really. Wife on the other hand has been quite ill with it, she even has had it before and is fully vaccinated , and it took a few days of negative lfts for her to eventually show positive ,even though she was showing symptoms. Now my only problem his my elderly parents, for whom i am a carer have started to show signs also, obviously ive not been to care for my parents, since i had a positive lft , but how long did i walk around with it before i knew. Thanks Boris
No RNS ,i would imagine , my guess is tomorrow brings £1.98 before a return to £2.20
David should find motivation in the fact that if he does nt get his bloody finger out the company will be getting taken over for peanuts , he wont like that will he the clown
I wonder if magazines like "Vegan food and living" or websites like " Greenliving uk" ever do articles on companies like ours that are trying to reduce the use of plastics, people like to invest in the future , and where their heart is.
At this rate the only thing it will testing is £2 , but on the upside at least Bio might buy more then. Hope the Bod know that something big is coming soon, because their buys seem to have done little to improve the SP regards a unwanted takeover
well it was said at the time that it was overvalued , but how can they get it so wrong ? Then on the other foot value cash rich , debt free , Ncyt so low
Off subject , but was surprised to see Oxford nanopore share is slightly lower at £4.07 than its IPO price of £4.25, seems Boris cant even support those he even once championed
Been silly cheap for to long
Is it strange? , i think they are just waiting for it to drop low enough maybe around £2 , but in my opinion they are making a mistake, maybe we will see a resolution to the DHSC very soon, with possible full payment or at the very least half of it, then theyll be hoping to buy in at a max £5 lol
Are Bio buying 1%, then selling 20% of it to drop the price in an effort to keep the sp down , thus creating panic in the new pi holders , who in turn sell, creating more panic, Is it possible to do that? If so maybe we"ll see £2 again tomorrow before the next rise to £2.70 later on the back of the next increase in holdings RNS , all a theory . Also wonder if around the 9th April is when theyll make there move, i like to think its when DHSC situation will be sorted by ,and maybe get a offer of a fiver. All a guess but i can dream, although its actually all been a nightmare
i m one of those who did believe it would hit 1.40 , but that was before biosynex took an interest ,now i believe its being held down to allow them to buy at 1.70 /1.80 or lower if they can force it, but like you say it held up well compared to many stock yesterday imo
