Hi OWLS, you say you make 16% per annum, but is that avg paper profit or do you sell the winners and then hold those with losses to sell later ? Just wondering because so easy to hold a bad share for too long which decimates one's overall gain.

But doesn't that create a very bad company image in that confidence in cost controls and budgeting are deximated ? This can adversely affect customers surely ?

Fully agree that those 'significant persons' who sold at higher prices and had inside knowledge did so wrongly, whether illegal or not re UK Law or immoral I don't know, but it is a stain on their characters nonetheless ! They had more knowledge than we had and they took advantage of that knowledge to profit.

RMS partners, with more knowledge re Mask supply and demand obviously deem it profitable to produce RMS masks !!

I feel govts won't hit tobacco with too much more tax too quickly because it'll encourage illegal selling. Big Tech in the US and in Europe looks like being hit with extra taxes and being broken up somewhat, signs are already there. It'll be gradual due to politics and big tech's financial muscle, but they are now too big esp Amazon who is now going into Retail Pharma which is causing concern from Walmart and others. Big Tobacco has already been drained somewhat, they won't risk job loss there surely ? Big Tech is where the material money now is, unless Biden wants to tackle the gun cos !! BATS and IMB are very attractive for divs and indeed growth, BATS even involved in a CV19 vaccine in Texas !! LTH

@Bozzy, your choice whether to buy or not. Truthfully, I've been invested for 4 yrs to when it was Strat Aero and Drones were it's business. My holding is 350k small v what some say they have but enough for me as 2-3% of my portfolio. It's a speculative investment with high potential, not a ULVR or GSK, however as the potential becomes reality, eg masks are being sold in the millions and profits crystalise at RMS, then the sp will be flying. Your choice, why not buy a small amount to begin with and build up but you mustn't panic at every 'treeshake' as this is a share at the start of what I feel will br a great journey but DYOR

Yes Bozzy, that's a valid comment and some analysts frown on Director sales because it questions the wisdom of selling re their perception of the shares' values. However, the number of share sales by directors/significant employees that were proved wrong within 13 months is very high. They may be good at running a co but not so good at investing/trading. Probably more relevant, is this Paul Ryan the right person as non-exec Chair, ie is he good at running RMS ?

They are planning to spin off their Consumer Division in next 2 years and that should increase the sp.

Just tuned in again, notice some nice buys today around midday and the 2.80p mark, two of 500,000 and many of lower 6 figure quantities.............is this a point of resistance ? I'm not a technical expert, more into fundamentals and long-term holding.

Maybe he owes taxes, maybe buying a house, maybe simply to diversify - many reasons why people sell. He still holds a hell of a lot more than most on here !!

To buy, set a Limit Order at a price you're comfortable to buy at. Worked for me yesterday though higher than current price unfortunately.

All, the P2F Development guy is receiving 10m shares in lieu of salary to next July. At 5p p/share that's GBP500k - great if you can get that kind of money, but is that the going rate for these guys in a small firm ?_Yes, depends on the share price, and it's his brief to drive that higher, so he could receive millions, but seems way overpaid ?
