Today it seems a large trade going through around 6.80, chipping away bit by bit. Perhaps the instis that took the placing offloading for a nice profit.

Although annoying today it sets us up for a rinse and repeat at the next level.

As rylidan stated earlier, 750k might not be the limit for the raise, it said it could go up to 8mil Euros. I don't think it would go anywhere near that, but there's a chance it goes over 750k and we all get our full requested allocation. Or not. We'll know Monday lunchtime! Have a great weekend!

Well the last one was for 250k and was 4x oversubscribed.

Given a lot of new holders have come along and could take part, my guess would be 2x (ie. 1.5mil). Although the placing is at twice the price of the first I'm not sure if that comes in or not. They definitely mean business.

Yeah it's a nightmare, you can gamble on horse races, get fleeced on AIM by shady operators, but Bitcoin, which has risen consistently since inception we're "protected" from.

HC Yeah if there's no RNS Tonight/Monday/Tuesday then placing looks much less likely. There's certainly activity in the markets and people will naturally move to other options if they feel the opportunity is there - as I did. A placing is not the end of the world though have others have said, depending on what the placing is for. I'm just letting the rest run here until I know more, as this could easily go north on good news.

ID - Yes for sure. Nice to be in a potential big winner over in COIN, ingredients are there, but I think it needs the tail wind of BTC picking up and running again - I can see it going toward £1 with a fair wind behind it. Or not, who knows. Glad they are getting the new raise away.

The jury is out until we get the next bit of news. Could be absolutely anything good or bad - placing, weird AIM shenanigans, disaster/bankruptcy, buyout, tree shake, or absolutely no change and they are still working towards 1000oz per Ghana month. Whatever it is I feel the company really should have been more communicative and on that side of things they have let us down and I certainly don't feel the company values us PI's.

The rampers yesterday were bizarre, came and went in a flash, makes no sense at all. But I've seen this price action before so many times and it's normally a placing being forward sold. If there's no placing next week then I'd re-assess, and it certainly could be panic selling as this share has no volume and moves on nothing, however my base case is placing. I should have stuck with crypto less risky lol.

Same. HL were fine, got the email yesterday at 16:58 and I actioned last night.

I think there are going to be a number of other companies jump on the bandwagon so it is important that we get ahead of the game here and become one of the big players to attract volume/liquidity.

Yeah seems something going on this isn't right (and it's not me selling). Doesn't make sense to be trading at this level unless something is going on in the background. Not impressed. Clearly not unique to this share though this sort of thing happens all the time and PI's are at an informational disadvantage. Regulators do nothing as usual.

Thanks rylidan I had not noticed that 8 mil line. Looks like we find out on Monday how it all went. Would be great to see Coinsillium get a jump on SWC.

750k is the retail placing + 2.5 mil for instis = 3.25mil total.

I've taken a chunk also MH - offer closes tomorrow at 3:30 I think, will be interested to see what the appetite is on the retail side. But if insti's are happy buying 2.5mil's worth then it seems reasonable to me.

I am perplexed by the activity today, especially with a bunch of accounts appearing from nowhere ramping this.

The fact that they are raising more money at a higher threshold of 6p is fantastic, assuming it comes off. The last raise was 3p if I remember correctly. That is major progress.
