Totally agree TP. I think we can take the sell off option off the table. The evidence just does not support it.

All speculation of course but until such time unfortunately us private investors will be kept in the dark. There are both positive and negative reasons that could be an influence here but we will all have to wait and see.

On a more positive note they may have orchestrated the suspension to protect the investors involved with the placings. They have noticed the slide of the share price and made a decision to suspend to give them time to provide further positive news to support the share price with information that they believe will become available during January. Again the JORC being key.

If the reason is for a buyout, which I do not think it is, it would be a poor decision. Why would they consider a buyout without having all the information the ongoing JORC would provide. You really could not put a price on an unknown quantity unless they do have all the information they need. The mention of further customers would suggest they are in it for the long haul. Larry still has his 6p options which he has not executed yet. I honestly think that it is just a simple but stupid administrative error.

The mine is still working. We are still producing tantalum and we are still looking for Lithium. The talks with further customers will still go ahead and we have a good bank balance. So they have miscalculated getting the accounts in and it is bad practice but it does not reflect negatively as much as some are making out. Any piece of news that isn’t as positive as possible has been jumped on lately by people who are out waiting to get back in to try and rattle weak share holders.

I wouldn’t expect too much in the results as previously mentioned everything started to happen after the date to which the results will show. I am more interested in the update confirming the 4th delivery of tantalum. I get the impression that these 4 deliveries were a kind of testing period by the customer. The RNS confirming the 4th delivery just could include all the info that people are craving? Maybe even the mention of JORC? Today’s RNS states that the 4th shipment is being tested so delivery is not that far away. On the whole today’s RNS is far from negative and imo shows a steady progression.

People keep talking about Lithium but if you look at the possibilities this is a bagger from Tantulum alone. They just need to release improved throughput. Check the price!

$123 per kg, so $123000 per metric ton. Call it $100000 to keep the figures simple and the agreement is probably for bulk so a discount is expected. 2 shipments already completed plus a possible 2 more my year end would equate to $400000. We may even be charging more if the quality is as good as Larry says it is.

2 shipments should have been completed according to the RNS end of october with a few more by year end.

This was a report by Michael Walters earlier in the year. We have had a placing since and the timescales are a bit off, but it outlines the fundamentals and resource behind Kennedy Ventures. This should be trading between the 6p and 9p placing price as we are. A good operational update with increased output and better quality and double figures are easily achievable. Add in a positive Lithium report and this will fly. Offtake agreement signed as well as a second customer in the pipeline coupled with funding are as good as fundamentals can get. We just need the resource numbers.

L2 quite strong at this level. 4 v 1 with most mm’s sitting out at 5p and above on the ask.

The JORC when released,Q1 2018, will no doubt confirm the resource but this earlier report is a good sign of things to come.

It also draws attention to the fact that there may be considerable more Tantalum than previously thought.

I mentioned a few days ago about an original report outlining the geology of the Tantalite Valley. I managed to find it. It outlines the geology with various references to lithium bearing ores located at different areas of the valley.
