Frasers is now the single largest shareholder in Boohoo Group. It became one of the largest shareholders in Boohoo Group, which owns Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing and Nasty Gal, after it first purchased a 5% stake in the company in June.

Frasers also increased its stake in Asos twice in two months earlier this year, from 7.4% in early June to 19.3% in late August. Equally, this makes Frasers Asos’ single biggest stakeholder.

Frasers Group said: “We see potential synergies and an opportunity to strengthen our own brand proposition in collaboration with Boohoo, most obviously with Frasers Group brands I Saw It First and Missguided.”
