With budgets being squeezed Health Authorities across the UK need to explore more cost effective ways of managing their services. Avia has a perfect solution.

Their applications are internet and wireless based so readily usable in any part of the world.
The directors stated they were no longer offering the company for sale. This should not be interpreted as other companies in the multi-billion pound healthcare industry are not interested. Last September they announced they had been approached.

A cynic might argue that the suspension, the call for cash, the announcement the company is no longer up for sale, the going concern statements are all an attempt to frighten off suitors. The directors only hold 13% of the shares. Valued at only £900K and signing UK wide contracts with state of the art healthcare informatics the company is vulnerable to a hostile takeover.
Expect more contract announcements and an approach for the entire share capital.
