With numerous NHS contracts and more to follow (imho) I do not believe we will see the numbers until funding is sorted. 500k needed for business development that clearly has value to the NHS. Current market cap leaves BOD open to hostile takeover so a solution to this will be found sooner rather than later imho.(at what price?)Believe dilution will be overcome by value added to the company. SP held as mm are very short of shares and need sellers.Almost impossible to buy and they must let it go at some point. holding and waiting and will add if drops anywhere near 10p again.

In IT, Avia Health Informatics (LON:AVIA) has signed a contract for the sale of PathFinderRF to South East Staffs CCG, enabling it to support referrals and clinical communication in South Staffordshire. The South East Staffs CCG order is the fifth PathFinderRF order Plain has received from Clinical Commissioning Groups over the last eight weeks. PathFinderRF is an online referral decision support and clinical communication system, which allows primary care organizations to manage referral decision making and the communication of clinical information from general practice to specialist and community services.

From RNS 01/02/2012 before recent contract wins : "The Group's ability to continue as a going concern depends on its ability to increase sales over the next three months. The main sales increase is projected to come from the PathFinderRF product, which is a new product acquired in June 2011. The first order for PathFinderRF was received in December 2011 and the second order received in January 2012, but because this is a new product there can be no certainty over the level of future sales. Therefore, significant uncertainty exists over the Group's ability to meet its forecast. This situation indicates the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern." Outlook The Directors expect to record revenues for the 12 months to 31 March 2012 in the range of GBP2.2 million to GBP2.5 million. Record revenues gives us a clue as to the size of these contracts!

The value of NHS contracts has to overcome doubts! If it adds value to one NHS Group it could do the same for all? If you were approached by a company for development funds with a fistfull of NHS contracts and market cap less than 1 million what would you do?

Large spread tactics working here and eeking out the impatient! I mean it is 24 hrs since they announced two more NHS contracts! LOL! I agree there is risk but with each new contract this company will either be bought out or market cap will fly! Imho!

Another view I agree with : With budgets being squeezed Health Authorities across the UK need to explore more cost effective ways of managing their services. Avia has a perfect solution. Welland Commission Group. Lincolnshie Commission Group. NHS Peterborough. Hounslow Commission Group. Greenbrook Healthcae. Their applications are internet and wireless based so readily usable in any part of the world. The directors stated they were no longer offering the company for sale. This should not be interpreted as other companies in the multi-billion pound healthcare industry are not interested. Last September they announced they had been approached. update 30/09/11 "In addition, the Company has been approached by parties interested in acquiring the principal operating business held by the group, including its intellectual property, with whom it is also engaging." A cynic might argue that the suspension, the call for cash, the announcement the company is no longer up for sale, the going concern statements are all an attempt to frighten off suitors. The directors only hold 13% of the shares. Valued at only £900K and signing UK wide contracts with state of the art healthcare informatics the company is vulnerable to a hostile takeover. Expect more contract announcements and an approach for the entire share capital.

I see this being rolled out across the NHS! Multiple contracts to follow and fundraising at a decent price! Off to work now and of course I could be wrong but look at the contracts so far!

I expect further contract wins with NHS to be announced.The wording of the RNS is very poor and key here is obviously placing price although they stated it was for development and not survival!

An opinion I agree with : "the Board confirms that it has concluded its review of strategic options for the business and as a result it is no longer considering a sale of the Company" So it is the directors that have decided they no longer wish to sell the business not that they've had no offers. When a company is open for offers it is normally open for months on end not just two weeks. Something has happened in the last fortnight for the board to change their minds and pull the open offer. The fund raising is just a red herring. Even if they doubled the amount of shares in issue there would still be only 13M. 96k buys to 37k sells so there are some savvy investors around. Expect big news very shortly.
