I was a shareholder here in the past. I got out with my limbs intact but what it means is I know this company, the reservoir and the wells better than most.
Sadly I think many here, including you are blinded by a bad investment decision.

My questions are, Why are you loitering around with negativity? Are you bitter?

This looks as if it will climb again tomorrow, possibly more than today.
The board is very positive too, The RNS was very good and the future seems certain. The S.P was higher when there ws less certainty, so I say this could rise and rise.
Nothing negative atm, so lets wait for the news to sink in tonight and watch the buyers come in tomorrow.

AMGOorBUST. I Wrote this quite some time ago but it applies here.
Generally there are negative and positive posts.
Positive posts are by people that are invested in the company.
Negative posts on the other hand have different agenda.
1...Deramping because they are pure 4rseholes.
2...Deramping because they want to get in at a lower price (They actually like the company)
3...Deramping because they have sold at a loss, are bitter and become 4rseholes
4...Deramping because they are holding at a significant loss (these are the strange ones, this doesn't help their cause but they are hurt, and you have to give these a little sympathy)
5....Deramping because they have a short position
I have been at this game a while, I have rarely seen positive comments made by people that are not invested.
I have not seen negative comments given unless they have an agenda to get the price lower (They are not there to help or advise the investors) they are there to get you to sell.

You are correct but this is rarely the case.
Check Stevies history, He was one the biggest rampers of this stock at one time, now he decides to spin all the negatives about Amigo rather than the positives.
I wish him all the best and he seems like a nice guy. It just seems strange to me that someone that is invested would dumb down his own stock.

I believe at some point you have sold out and are trying to find a reason to justify your position or get back in at a cheaper price..Bless you.
If you were invested then you wouldn't be writing all the negative posts you are.
I'm not saying what you are writing is incorrect (I don't care) but you are trying to sound as if you are out there for interest of the new investor. You are not, you are out there for yourself, buy in now before it's too late.

You buy the stock and then Deramp your own stock. I don't know are you bitter, nuts or actually not invested in this stock anymore.
I understand it's not gone for you the way you thought it was but come on, you invested at 30p surely at 11p its a good stock for you.

Amgo did get flanked by the FCA the last time, but that won't happen again. The FCA just needed to been seen to be doing whats best for the public (Even if they don't care) Actually the FCA were right and Amgo did not go bust and are coming up with a better deal. This will all be agreed by all parties before it goes to court and all the court has to do is agree it.
As soon as the agreement is put out, its as good as passed. (In that I have no doubt)

How long do we think until we get an R.N.S telling us whats happened?

If this does get passed off (I'm very confident now), the company will of survived and no matter what gets thrown at Amgo after that it will still not stop the price from climbing a lot higher than 11p. The company will now be run properly, the market for these types of loans if huge and Amgo is smarter now than it has ever been.
Onwards and upwards, I doubt we will be waiting too long now, the answer could be at anytime.
Ive been waiting 18 months and this is close to the end.

Youre all talking about something that might NOT happen. So you all have dilution in your minds. that being the case, you have ACCEPPTED that the schemes proposal will be accepted by the FCA. This is great news , lets talk about that rather than a path you do not know they will choose.

Yawn for several days all you guys have spoke bout is dilution of shares...Boring, you dont know what the outcome is, stop guessing, its becoming tedious. I looking to the board to find new info and all i find is dilution dilution dilution, the Derampers love this and the holders and rampers are getting sucked into the non existent debate. Even Mark@1973 bringing it up, he's just looking for a new enty point, please don't let him in as Amgo will most certainly go bust if he does.

The trouble is there a lot of time between now and Monday 7am. Can you afford to be out over the weekend.
Might not get info next Monday BUT what if.
