Morse club are predominantly low end loans, a few hundred here and there. Not many will chase these sort of loans, it's not worth their while, even if they were given out incorrectly. Morse Club have always stated that they have stringently stuck to the guidelines and understand it was their responsibility to do so. (This is not the case with others) Morse have been left alone this long because others were targeted due to poor credit checking (Now the Cmc are just chancing their arm) It will all be over as quick as it started.

Morse club pride themselves for not giving out loans to people that can't afford (I'm not saying they will not get claimants, These people will always chance their arm to get a few quid).
The FCA will not have any issue in their lending (Maybe the share selling) They have a whole section determined to look after the customer.

When the news of dilution was dropped the share price was 11.37p
I can not be able to work out the math exactly (Someone can i'm sure) but if you introduce double the amount of shares all at 4p then the price would be half way between 4p and 11.37p which is 7.7p.
They havent doubled and not all shares are 4p therefore the share price should equate to 8p+ This doesnt take into account sentiment of course.
I know tis doesnt help long term holders but it should be nearly 50% higher than today.
Not ramping but i think its over done quite a bit.
