Morning all, be keen for any advice on best trader platforms. Currently with HL, had to go through a broker to buy in, charged my a small fortune for the privilege. AJ Bell seems to come up a lot. What with the new financial year and all may set sail from HL to pastures new. Any advice most appreciated.

I must confess, I'm with Nonpartisan on this one, spotting the smart guy (or girl) in the room can, at times, be most beneficial. BB, called the last rise and fall perfectly, so well played Sir/Madam Fact is the BB is a wealth of info, within which there are golden nuggets to be found. I'm too idle to read an RNs, but not too impatient to wait, which seems to be key to this game. Are the MMs cooking the books? possibly. Does it matter, probably not. What matters is the SP in 2030, that's when we find out who the winners are. Have a great Easter folks, I'm off for an ale and a packet of pork scratchings.

My wife's pestering me to engage in board games so I'll be brief. So glad ML your son's doing well, thanks to all for the insights, and tips and suggestions. Father time has all the answers, the rest of us have to trust out instincts and go with the gut. Apart from that awful goattee, SB strikes me as a fairly straight up fella. I haven't been at this party half as long as most here, and there's an awful lot here who've made a lot and, currently, lost a lot more than me. Just like to say, irrespective of the ramping and derampimg, its been a fascinating journey. Like one of those train rides through the alps. I try to explain to my wife about the guy that posts a million times a day or the expert in titanium who informs us of its actual worth or the fibbers and the guys who get excited too much or the financiers who've seen it all before, or so they say. We may win, we may lose, but at least we gave it a shot and met some folk on the way (perhaps that's just as important) Ultimately I've opinion of worth but its gascinating to be hear and yes, i do like beer, particularly the strong Belgian stuff. I'm now going to attempt to explain the notion of shorting to my wife.

Just wondering, what with the yanks desperate for critcial minerals and happy to splash the cash, whether the aussie govt maybe putting the squeeze on SB and the Ti dream team to get shovelling, or else the bigger boys might take over. Trump doesnt strike me as a patient man. With that in mind, does there exist the possibility the SP is, dare i suggest, tinkered with to sweeten a potential take over. If this has already been dealt with previously, I'm relatively new to the subtelties of titanium mining in western australia.

Big thanks to ML for his recent update, good to keep one's eyes on the prize amidst all the noise and, dare I say, nonsense. Also cheers to TomHH, I am now incredibly interested in tungsten, almost as much as titanium. The mining world seems to be in hyper drive, presumably they've got bigger shovels. Last thanks got to the Internet, both a blessing and a curse, (cev's previous reflections on investing in the pre www. Days were most illuminating) Being of a certain age I regularly berate all things IT, but facts are facts, I wouldn't have stumbled on this mine of information (good and bad) without t'internet. Apologies for all the typos, can't wait for SB to hand his homework in. Gonna get busy in the back garden, get me some crucial mins for the yanks.

Fact is, I've learnt more about stocks, shares, markets, titanium and the mining of in the last 6 weeks than I have in the last 50 years.
