Pic, the big Tier 1 multinationals such as Rio, AA,BHP, Glen etc are not involved in Graphite as far as I'm aware. Yes, I'm aware Rio took a stake in SVML but graphite is a by product and super low grade 0.5%.

It could be taken over by another Graphite producer such as Syrah but just my personal opinion of hope it NEVER happens. Never underestimate the power of compound interest. If you buy sub 5p, you could be earning that a year at least once this is in production.

I am firmly on the side we never accept a buyout unless its stupidly high offer as this will give a super high dividend dividend once in production and worlds best dividend once upstream processing is running.

I think the involvement of Delta Foxtrot Charlie complicates a takeout buy any Chinese company. Not sure, how, but there will be something there. The Yanks I'm sure have learned there lesson with the amount of Lithium companies the CCP has taken over the past 3 years. I was invested in 4 lithium (one of them AIM listed Bacanora) stocks during the boom time and to my disgust the Chinese took them over for peanuts. Do not think the Chinese will come pay anywhere near value for this. A takeout would happen relatively early.

In short, no danger in for several years at LEAST. The technology is still in R and D stage - many challenges still remain and no factories exist or planned as the tech is not 100% there yet. Looks very promising though.

Also, most the investment in building gigafactories and future gfactories in Europe are your standard batteries you know and love with anode/cathode. Even the technology was to perfected in say 3-5 years and approved for commercial use, the gfactories would take years to be built including planning/consultations. Even then its not like all those 50+ or so giga factories planned in Europe will just fold, and their close doors. The transition will take many years, as the commerical investment in the gfactories will not to be recouped and they'll push back by lobbying and more importantly will be significantly cheaper than solid state for many years to come, never mind the cost of building those gfactories and oversupply of the market. Just a few reasons I've listed but we're ok.

What really concerns me as I stated earlier is the breakthrough of Cow Hide, mixed with racoon fur is the new graphite which will be used as anode material and its commercially available soon. Clearly all the silly people that made BRES go up 12% and taking it over 5p are not aware of this BRES shattering news.

Hopefully it works out for you and all remaining investors and gamblers.
