I'm reasonably new to AIM, and this stock has taught me don't expect a SP to fly high even when great news is likely expected imminently.

I think a large chunk of money is coming to ARCM and a JV.

People seem to me forgetting the big announcement of BoD giving up there share options. They wouldn't do that unless something big is coming their way.

Keep in mind the recent announcement on the share options for the BoD. They wouldn't of made such a big decision for their self interests unless it's going through.

How deep are you in ARCM? My concern is "what if" it doesn't go through or the news is not what we expected.
