I've been invested in TEK for a long time and it's been raise after raise. I cannot recall Cliff once putting his hand in his pocket.
I recall previous raises referring to the creation of a Remote Monitoring Centre and fabrication of shock absorbers?
How much income has been generated from the sale of Microsalt orders fulfilled to date?

How do TEK plan to exit for the benefit of their shareholders? We've seen the value of Bell drop significantly.

Finally, if you're new to this board and you're considering investing, this is a high risk AIM stock. Don't be led by the opinions of some on this board who post most frequently. The only holders who'll have a higher level knowledge of this company will be the select few large holders who are invited to join in the share issues.

I'm a long time holder of TEK. When I compare current company performance to the picture set by Cliff in previous presentations, I sometimes wonder whether he's been talking about the same companies.

If we take Microsalt as an example, the November 21 accounts posted at Companies House quote sales of 6,416 USD compared to 2,557 USD the year prior. These are extremely modest figures, or am I missing something?

Zk - I've had the exact same thoughts. On the last occasion it dropped I promised myself that if it ever hit 20p again I'd sell and get my leg out. I won't be though. This share is like a drug and no matter how low the lows, I genuinely believe that it will deliver at some point. I've not held any other stock that has given me this rollercoaster of a ride.

We'll know in 12 months, which is the earliest date they can sell.

Let's hope that neither Belluscura or TEK need to raise further capital in the interim!

The payroll has increased significantly in the years I've been a holder but the only thing TEK have delivered is significant dilution and loss of shareholder value.

A virtuous circle. Fund raise to institutions at a discount, institutions then gradually offload as share price rises, another fund raise to institutions at a discountand so the cycle goes on.
Not once do the board get their hands in their pockets and sink some of their own cash.

I agree TL. The financial year end for Salarius was 30th November. They appointed food ingredient brokers some time ago so if they haven't been able to sell Microsalt in volume, one has to wonder why.

It was intended to be tongue in cheek however clearly I failed in my use of words.
What others bought in at (which in my case is at several points over many years) and what they'll sell at is irrelevant. I'm not in it for a fast buck, I'm in because I believed in the picture which was presented from outset. My disappointment relates to the continued delays which have occured with Belluscura, the substantial director / employee overheads, absence of progress updates, the dilution of shareholdings and in the case of Salarius a CEO who seems to spend more time self promoting than delivering for shareholders.

All I've seen for some time is dilution and the hemorrhaging of money in what's been a lucrative job creation scheme for Cliff, his son and his daughter as well as the many others who are no doubt paid very well. All of the group companies appear immensely top heavy for what little (if anything) they've delivered to date (and in the case of Belluscura failed to deliver to date despite many assurances).

Even if they do manage to get one over the line, the dilution will have been so great that the shareholder rewards will have diminished considerably in my opinion.

When I refer back to previous statements and broadcasts, I can't help but think that with the benefit of hindsight, the picture painted was far from reality and had I known then what I've learned since, I'd have stayed well away. I've been here for many years and am extremely disappointed.

Based on a complete absence of data, one would assume that the Salarius figures are disappointing. If so, how about changing the CEO for someone who can produce results rather than a self publicist who's treating it as a part-time job.
Surely volume sales are what's needed, achieved by the sales of tonnage to the food industry anywhere in the world rather than a few bags of crisps to those who pay little attention to what's in them anyway. Also, the name. WTF came up with that name?

The financial year end for both Salarius and Lucyd is 30th November, so let's have some figures for the year ended 30th November 2020. They must be available.
It's 18 months since Victor was appointed as CEO of Salarius. He'll no doubt be paid handsomely so what progress has he made in those 18 months?
My final point is why aren't they attempting to market any of their products in Europe and Asia? If those jam jars are as good as Harrison would lead us to believe then why not try to open up the Asian markets where they love their tech.

I take a different view.

Lucyd owes its existence and survival to date to TEK Capital but you wouldn't think so listening to that broadcast. You only need to take a look at Companies House records to see what their financial position is. As for giveaways to schools, it must be nice to be paid a salary and be able to spend someone else's money.

Are they actively seeking to promote any of their products in the UK or Europe?
