Cliff as a well remunerated director of TEK Capital comes up with an idea for a company in which he retains a personal stake of 49% and hands the balance of equity to TEK Capital. Did he come up with the idea outside of his normal working hours and therefore feel entitled to retain 49% for himself? Is it not his job to identify new business opportunities for TEK Capital and if so should TEK Capital shareholders not be entitled to 100% of the shareholding.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I recall something similar happening when GenIP was launched.

Bonjourno - your point regarding the absence of other customers is a good one. It's an expensive product competing in a price driven market with small margin.

I echo the comments of Woody, but I'd be extremely interested to see a breakdown of where the money went during their final twelve months.

I'll be careful with my words but my own view is that the picture painted to shareholders even in the last few months wasn't an accurate reflection of their real position.

Just my opinion I think they could have taken longer to strengthen their trading figures before heading for IPO. Just my opinion though.

Aspers, if Guident failed to get their IPO away TEK would be expected to issue an RNS.

I form my own opinions thank you however as has already been pointed out to you by others, we don't need to be told the same message several times, it's boring.

Gains and losses are dependant upon entry and exit costs and timing. Only when the final die has been cast will we know how it worked out for each of us.

Be careful when telling people what to do by the way. The FCA don't take kindly to it.

It would be interesting to see the results of a detailed audit of this companies finances because they've sure burned through a lot of money within a relatively short timeframe and some of the forecasts made by senior people within the organisation have proven to be wildly inaccurate / borderline misleading in my opinion.

You've only been in on TEK for five minutes, some of us have been here years and have a far better understanding of the history of the company as is evidenced by the naivety of some of your posts.
