The disconnect between the value of TEK's holding in SALT and its own share price is huge. As has been mentioned below, 20p would be a more accurate figure based on the equity in SALT alone. I appreciate that TEK can't crystallise the value of any SALT shares until a period of one year has elapsed post float but even so 10p is low. Some, or most of the blame must rest with Cliff who I assume continues to enjoy a salary package of 300k basic plus possible 200k bonus despite the fact that three companies (LUCY, BELL & SALT) are now run completely independently. It's not long since SALT was wholly owned by TEK and despite TEK still owning the majority of the shares in SALT, it dwarfs TEK in terms of market cap.
Can those of us who are dissatisfied not come together in terms of our collective holding and raise the salary package at the next AGM?
