I agree with you 100% (and all others speaking same); as you say, general updates are very least (and normal), especially with what PFC have gone through in recent years. We are not asking for RNS (regulatory and market sensitive), but just keep us informed.

I have a feeling on 25 April, we will see both CEOs (plus Finance Dir) with new CEO stating a Business Strategy statement (Forward Looking) with a 'baton' hand-over from current CEO. I am saying this because the date to moved is very odd, so there has to be a logical reason behind it. Yes, the comms could have been a lot better, which has without a doubt put UNNECESSARY DOUBTS for many, but my instincts is saying there is logic to this.

It looks like the silence has been taken quite negatively and it has been assumed the worse case scenario and that is why I believe shorters have recently increased because they are analysing the 'fear factor' of investors and also trying to throw people off with 'wild rumours' etc.

Nothing has changed as stated, and I believe they are trying to finalise on some key contract matters, albeit, they could have given more regular updates, just saying "we are still working on this and that etc etc...".

I don't see any harm in stating this because it will give 10X comfort to investors, that it's not what people might be thinking/ assuming (selling off) and it's just business in difficult times.

This is why PFC are heavily invested in Middle-East as pose to the UK markets. Why the UK Gov makes it hard for companies to do business here, is pure stupidity.

Agree with all the good points made. And I know I am saying the same thing, but this is why it's EXTREMELY important for PFC to come forward and confirm/ validate what struggles issues they are having.

Pretty much most investors' know by now times are hard for everyone, and therefore, being OPEN and TRANSPARENT would clearly demonstrate what exactly are the current issues, since December 2022 and if they have done anything, or doing something or just at a very tricky stage for whatever reason - WHY??

BECAUSE MOST INVESTORS WILL HOLD OR BUY MORE - THE SILENCE IS THE ONLY REASON WE ARE HERE, AND WE NEED TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!!

What are they going to say or can they really say during EoY update (April 2023)?

1) We have still not got to contracts we had hoped for - not our issue because...
2) We are delayed on getting the contracts because of x, y and z - not our issue because...
3) The client has reconsidering their strategy - not our issue because...
4) We need to do this and that.... because things have changed from Nov/ Dec 2022.

I have just written a template for these toddlers - they just need to put the words in!!!

I feel like the shorters are also in competition with each other - who is seen to make the most money between themselves. The money they make gets to their head and they seem to get carried away.

BUT - they are taking chances and if you look at their history, they take big losses too. Most of them have not been successful with PFC because they get too carried away and then sudden turn in SP!!

That said, the only reason the shorters had courage to even consider increase is because of the incompetent PFC employees who dont know how to write a basic investor update. They need too answer for this at AMG!!

RSI18 is correct - Directors did buy in December 2022; around 1.2 - 1.3m shares.

There was also shares given for employee benefits - these were not much, but happened in January 2023.

This is why I said, it is in their total control on how they communicate and what they have to say. BOD and Management of PFC are only to blame.

also, an RNS is a very specific comms - what we need is just your basic every day business update. Most of us do this all day long at work!!

Look at what the Banking sector did in the UK about a week ago; they came forward with swift actions, using all social media and/ or news explaining how UK is affected, or in this case was not affected and that it was just unnecessary doubts of investors that needed to be restored.

It is PFC MANAGEMENT JOB to put order and restore confidence. What is the worst they will say since Dec 2022; things have been delayed, or even we don't have as much deals as we thought in Q1 2023, sorry.

Okay fine, now start doing your job properly - get people in who can negotiate properly and people who can manage and deliver work on time and with profit.

There is only so many outcomes possible anyway, so this SP damage done is purely the handful of people and NOT PFC as a whole. Those need to get sacked and we need people who can get the job done. Simple.

I am hoping we are starting to see the confidence/ support level in past days.

I am sure the shorters are just wondering when to cut out, especially those in low 60p. However, please remember, these lot take (big) losses all day long so, really they are just chancing it based on poor factors, not about the company though.

They are making money on fear/ panic of some. We know the stock goes up, so just have faith, work together to get the right factual information, and all is well.
