I'm guessing they will look to start the construction at the end of the next rainy season.
To achieve that they will need to have all the construction material and contractors on order. The material and equipment will need be confirmed as available.

The only way to secure this is with money. I can't see them wanting this to slip. They need to fill the orders, Kod Mining UK needs the release of the funds ASAP.

All based on meeting production 2024.

Government sign off will happen. Kodal mining uk will incorporate with hainan, possibly via xinmao. The brakes will be off. The formalities for the DMS and DMS Esia will be completed in due course. The Mali GOV want this to go ahead and will support. KOD will be discussing the requirements with the Ministry of Mines to tick all the boxes.

They may need the wet season to confirm the geological effects of the rain on the bore holes which they have drilled, as part of the Esia.

The question is when will we hit 0.7? There is potential for the 30th to slip, if it does what will be the next date, another 3 months? You have companies like ALL who drop 10 RNS reports a month and then there is KOD who drop 1 mega one.... but the question is when.

TSS01, KOD once reported on a LiDAR Survey, I find that less important compared to a long-term service contract with a company that classes KOD as a major contract/ Tier 1 company. That said, they have been drilling since January reaching a meterage of 806m at one location. 1 month later and no update or results. They have access to CapDrills new labs which can process the samples 50x quicker over standard using photon sampling. Surely, they have results to share.

The other area being drilled was for monitoring of the geology as part of the EISA submittal. Has this been completed? Or do they need to wait for the rainy season?
