It is therefore expected that the agreement for the sale of the N'kemene Ouest concessions will be executed and the commencement of transfer will commence when the licence renewal is received.

On May 24, a cargo ship loaded with 5,000 tons of lithium concentrate arrived at SDIC Yangpu Port and completed loading and unloading. This was the first batch of lithium ore purchased by Hainan Xingzhihai New Materials Co., Ltd. The smooth arrival of this batch of lithium ore will lay a solid foundation for the project to be put into production.

The batch of lithium concentrate set sail from Australia, stopped briefly in Zhangjiagang, and finally arrived at Yangpu Port. In addition, the second batch of 10,000 tons of lithium concentrate purchased by Xingzhihai will also arrive at Yangpu Port in June, providing strong raw material guarantee for the project before the Malibu Guni lithium mine under Hainan Mining is put into production.
