Rob, I'm not sure if they will take KMUK over KOD. I cashed out 36 million shares at 0.5 based on how things were progressing 5 weeks ago. This is now a gamble.

Assumptions, Hainan are in bed with the Mali GOV and not KOD... another hostile takeover in the making......

I wouldn't get excited about 0.13% of the company being traded daily. When you have private investors shifting money it could look like a big buy/sell, in reality it is day to day trading.

I don't expect big changes until after the budget and license transfer. For now I can see this as a grow on anticipation and sell on news type share. See you in the New Year lol.

They can't afford lithium delays with a 20000te plant to feed back in Hainan. Their own spod is cheaper to mine than a third party.

Once License transfer is complete, Hainan only need KMUK shares.

KOD are building a plant that is based on a proven design for extracting lithium from the geological composition. Not a trial and error plant.

Mali has also concluded a strategic agreement with Uranium One Groupe, a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Russian state-owned nuclear energy company. Estimated at 500 million CFA francs or more, this agreement will accelerate research and development work on the Bougoula lithium permit in the Bougouni region. The aim is to transform lithium concentrate into lithium batteries on site, thereby strengthening the country's energy and technological independence.

Reggie, as long as it doesn't produce Talcum powder I couldn't give a s**t about the early stage construction work. The quality of the product is the key. If the grade is terrible and unrefined in 2 years, then we have a major problem.
