the hard truth is that there is still a lot of shares that were bought way cheaper than the current SP, as such there will need to be a lot of investor churn to get to the place where sudden drops triggering auto-sellers on a downward spiral doesn't happen as frequently.

if this goes to mid 600's then I will buy up a ton, this is a vast drop I know, but given the way this share has traded and the way the market is being manipulated by the big boys I can see this randomly happen for a day during November.

last part of the day, can see this be lifted back to 26 to lock out low holding positions to raise back up with the run to xmas

strong buys, this can easily bounce as so cheap currently

looking at what the MM and Hedges have done to over shares the past week can see this magically bouncing back to 27 fast, seems the amount of sellers has stopped, and has been more buys the past couple of days.

i'm surprised that no one takes into account that their old Rival Top Shop is now owned by Asos, so all that revenue that went to Top Shop is now going to them. Asos, Boho, Mike Ashley, these are the people that own the major of the clothing industry in the UK now.
Asos purchasing power, combined with the very clear fact that under 30's will continue to buy mountains of clothing puts ASOS in a fantastic position.

i think you overestimate how much people care about the issue of fast fashion.
in term of climate issues, its cars and energy consumption that the general public are concerned about and will make more consumer choices about.
fashion is so fundamentally attached to the modern human experience, that the public will continue to buying clothing in vast amounts, and the fact that as people grow up they need new clothing means that literally millions of people will be using Asos over the coming months / years to update their wardrobes.

i agree that the dizzying highs of the £60's might be a stretch, but the current price no way reflects the market potential and forward looking fundamentals.

The supply chain issues will resolve with regards to clothing, ASOS are very big and can essentially buy their way out of this compared to their competitors.
The real supply chain issues that are going to affect people are to do with cars and building materials, as these markets are alot more spread between different companies this causes alot more competition which drives up prices and bottleneck.

Do you know anyone with just 1 set of clothes? No, because other than food, the one things people can consume lots of is clothing.

This sell off is way overdone, and once the CEO is annoyed this will really fast.

Also ASOS old rival Top Shop they now own, so that has removed another competitor from the race.

Even the slightest good news and this is heading north.
Way oversold now, and taking the company in context of their market place, they are one of the dominant clothing sellers of the UK and have feet in USA and EU.

The generation coming through with disposal income have grown up with online clothes shopping and having multiple outfits due to social media.

Asos are now in the winter and festive sales period, they will be fine. They made profit last year, and the biggest dent to their cash was the acquisition of Top shop et Al.

They really are few clothing stores left on the high street, literally the market is dominated by ASOS and Boho, the pricing currently doesn't take this simple fact into account.

This share should be in the 30's. If it's still down here come payday then loading up heavily to sit and hold until the new year.

I give this 2 weeks before everyone realise that the highstreets are dead and ASOS sales are still doing well.
both young and old are buying from ASOS as its more convenient

it looks like a massive order fill pattern, the sells have be PI, no big sales, and there are way more buys.
can see some big buys being pumped in and this jumping back up to lock out the cheap shares.

its 100,000 shares against 100,000,000. not much of a dilution

Surprised their is anyone left to sell. Surely by this point it's massive loss for a lot of people and auto sells.
The business is fundamentally sound and the market is still there, if anything bigger than the start if 2020, so the current drop in context doesn't make sense other than aggressive tree shaking.

The one area that I can't imagine people cutting back on is clothing.
I can see pubs and restaurants taking more of a hit, but clothes and how people perceive each other are at an all-time high, so having up to date clothing is central to modern life.

It's an artificial push, give this a week and will be back in the 27's
