I get your frustrations Comeon especially if you invested near the start like a few did here, but I believe it's also mainly why Patrick moved to Industrials. Metals are very difficult and the chances of finding bonanza grades and size of resources are slim. The cost of development is substantial and certainly not something a small company like Sres could ever undertake alone. Patrick proved some resources up and are for sale or JV but yes it's tough despite some excellent grades. All of those projects would need probed much further in reality. Silver isn't hardly worth even digging out at the moment and the aisc for gold tops 1000 an ounce, so price and timing also play a large factor.
Industrials are a better play and pozzolan and perlite are a solid investment case. Had it not been for case studies such as Kirkland and Rio Blanco I'd maybe not have believed it myself but I made it my business several years ago to start contacting who I could including a few CMRCs and I know the demand is there. I guess that's where my belief comes from. It's hard waiting on a share especially if you've had a negative experience but you need to find the belief from somewhere or it will drive you crazy. I'm sorry to hear you went too heavy at the wrong time and it's happened am certain to many of us over the years beit here or elsewhere. I do however think you will reap the rewards eventually but patience and switching off are imperative. I'm not really bothered where the sp goes in the interim as I'll continue to add but there will come a day and I believe it's not far off that a rns will drop and this will open at multiples of current. It's already a steal at the current company valuation.
