The average quarry takes up to 15 years to get to the production stage from initial planning stages. Permit here was quick, product already been distributed, we have Caltrans approval, on the list and deals are currently being discussed with five different companies. If people don't have patience or wherewithal to make that investment and that means wait at least up to 2 years then they shouldnt bother. Only Patrick knows when a deal will drop but currently the entrie company is valued at less than 4ml!!
