"There's a SRES presentation a while back (where they're quoting figures of $65 tonne for Pozzolan as sale price at mine gate) where the mining cost is quoted at $40 per tonne.
The minerals have probably gone up in price more than the mining costs due to environmental trends (e.g. scarcity of fly ash, new green regulations etc..)
If we used the old figures then value it at $25 per tonne of net revenue, or hundreds of millions (but definitely under a billion) for the whole resource.
Factoring other risks (e.g. strikes, unforseen production problems etc..) then it's probably still worth 10x the current valuation once they actually get some deals and a sign of production."
