My thoughts and opinion has no value whatever.

I have a large holding relative to my personal finance.

I accept that AIM is a high risk high gain investment (gamble)

I remain very upbeat, and really do expect a JV soon. I am not fixated on dates. Lawyers have a vested interest in prolonging their work.. To put it kindly.

I find it hard to believe that any genuine shareholder would talk their investment down at every oportunity.

There is only one interpretation of " we are advanced in legal documentation"

The terms are clearly agreed. Writing it up takes time. Especially when lawyers are involved !!!

I see no reason to not

1) Announce a JV agreement detail with a named other party

2) Recomment shareholder acceptance

3) Set a date for the required Shareholder vote

4) Set date for EGM to pass or otherwise the vote.

It could be a multi choice deal. Han--k other tenament JV's etc

A JV for IOCA would require a shareholder vote. It would be accepted

A takeover would also require a vote. It would need to be really good to be approved.
