Fixation on what was described as a "target" date is causing negative comments and sentiment.

The real question is....... Do we believe that the JV has indeed moved on to legal agreement and write up?

My view is yes.

For those of us who have had to deal with buraeucracy and even worse lawyers, a target date given in good faith can slip significantly.

I expect an RNS before the end of October. I have been here a long time, and a few more weeks is no problem.
