If.. And I stress IF
There is an offer to buy UFO or IOCA. It will require a shareholder vote even if recommended by the BOD.
This talk of cheap buyout could only apply to a company out of funds to stay solvent.
Before the idiots chirp in, we are nowhere near this position.
@ normbeef
"You could agrue that Troy was really to blame for all of the failed timelines that UFO have published since 2020. "
He joined in Oct 2022.. Difficult to be responsible for 2020 to 2022 RNS 31 Oct 2022
There has been a lot of exagerated or simply wrong posts on here.
For people who insist they are share holders, The deramping is extraordinary.
PS.. It is acknowledged that the one week time line for new CEO appointment was a massive own goal
Moony
"well in fact, nothing is happening at ufo"
And you know this how?
Logic suggests that the next significant event will be permission from DMIRS.
UFO, having done all that is required must now wait fot the wheels of bureaucracy to grind along.
Chris2 is really chicken Little.
Having been struck on the head by an acorn falling from a tree. Convinced the of end of the world.
"On her way to see the king, she meets a number of her friends, who are also birds, usually with rhyming names: Henny Penny, Goosey Loosey, Ducky Lucky, Turkey Lurkey, and so on … you get the idea. As she meets each of them along her way, Chicken Little tells them that the sky is falling in, and that she has first-hand evidence of this."

"And the truth is it has had no impact of SP. "
Not quite. On 14 Dec rns ,agreed with KNAC..
The Sp rose and sentiment took a distinct positive turn.
RNS seven days later the fiasco with TW dominated news and caused very negative sentiment. We are still realing from the lack of resolution of CEO today.
A big plus completely wasted.
I agree norm the self inflicted own goal giving a date for the new CEO is unforgiveable.
Even when this is announced, I do not see any real impact on the SP.. The only big mover will be the DMIRS permission.
My view as is well known, is it will arrive soon.
History prior to the excessive weight given to native title holders, now recinded after the referendum. Shows permission soon follows permission etc..
I would be interested to hear other views regarding DMIRS.
PS Chiken Little has a (c) on "the sky is about to fall in"
@5x5
"Not sure I'd say cjm was in the paid camp, strikes me as just desperate and over exposed. Ramping in the vague hope of getting his money back."
Thanks for your concern, I shall be OK.. But I do have the Samaritans on speed dial. :-)
