As an observation after every post someone is the first to respond. Just happened to be me.

I watch the trades on the london exchange frequently through the day. Nothing deep and sinister.

Shall I add in the employ of The London exchange to the other sillyness?

It would have helped if James had told us what his interpretation of the share dealing was.

On Tuesday this week the London exchange did not display any trades for the day and only resumed on Weds morning

I. assumed that they had had a technical problem. Errors were bound to need correction.
Now the scale of the corrections was very small was it not?

We have a frequent assertion that MM's are in some world wide conspiracy to defraud PI's.

JPM are (despite declared short of .5% ) daily shorting.
I myself am accused of being a shorter. in the employ of LSE. and JPM.

It's a market for goodness sake it moves up and down.

PS... Still no takers for my chalenge.

But once you have sold your borrowed stock the impact is immediate. thereafter static.

Now the theory that they are re-purchased on a daily basis would put the SP up again. Would it not?
