Not too sure this matters. Stock held by anyone purchased in the last 12 months is almost certainly underwater.

To be attracted to accept a takeover the offer would need to be substantial.

Do we know how long it takes for the application to be approved?

I seem to remember we made it in March/April?

I feel that when that comes through we will re-rate dramatically. :-)
