Remember in the states there are laws against people not getting the best drugs available, can you imagine the law suit against any BP who dared to hinder drug innovation.

Thanks JT. Although I would assume Dr T and Co would have been aware of the acceptance criteria long before we knew anything and would already have patients targeted.

The 13th Dec RNS stated that patients were already being screened for the study. I believe the screening process takes 2/3 weeks, with that in mind the study should start very early Jan. Would they dose the first patient immediately on positive screening or do they wait until a full cohort is enrolled?

I ask this question whilst trying to guess cohort 7 conclusion and data release. I still find it strange that we haven't been informed of FDA approval.

2. First patient dosed p1b

3. Clear Signs of efficacy RNS

All this within the next 3 months please or anything to get the SP moving in the right direction as its presently becoming a bit of a grind.

A more accurate test would be a godsend. Having been diagnosed with prostrate cancer, only stage 1 luckily the diagnostic process after the initial PSA test involves a number of scans and worst of all biopsies. Now I am on an observation program of 6 monthly psa test along with MRI scan as any treatment would cause other issue's.

Wouldn't it be fantastic if AVA 6k could be used in this instance be given in small doses to try and kill the tumour before it got any foothold.
