Voyager I am by no means researched to the depths you have gone to but I do understand the enormity of what Avacta are trying to achieve although every morning I tend to question myself when seeing the constant drip of the SP and it is certainly hard battle. Each recent RNs has been fantastic regarding progress yet we continue to go backwards and the disconnect gets larger.

I have reset my clock for another 12-18 months but in that time lets hope the SP at least takes an upward trajectory reflecting what AVA 6 K & pre|CISION is all about.

May I suggest a few small shorts have been opened in recent month and they have a few weeks to play with still , they are being very brave IMO.

Thornogson How about if Avacta RNs a further dose escalation stating all patients remain on AVA 6K due to no DLT and no progression in tumours, there are many scenarios which could play out.

If there is another dose escalation that actually means its working a lot better than originally thought and yes it is only measuring tolerability but if it wasn't any efficacy do you really thing they would keep pumping larger doses just for fun ?

Thornogson can you give me a reason why they would just wait another month before starting as the have permission to 400mg/m2 as I understand it

Will this have already been decided or will they be waiting for MTD and the conclusion of P1a. I realise P1b involves 3 arms and its being suggested different dosage regimen but is the whole Protocol reliant on MTD ?

Initial data from 1 P1b cohort approx 4 months after the end of P1b and that allows for 2 month peer review of P1a data

If any of the patients in the US are continuing with treatment imho it will not be long before something breaks within the media stateside. Remember these patients are maybe a little less altruistic than previous cohorts and with some hope and I take this from the admittance criteria on the MSK website

Participants must have inoperable or metastatic pancreatic, colorectal, non-small cell lung, head and neck, ovarian, breast, bladder, esophageal, prostate, or biliary tract cancer, soft tissue sarcoma, or cancer of unknown primary that continues to grow despite standard treatment.

At least 4 weeks must pass between the completion of prior therapies and receipt of AVA6000.

Patients must be physically well enough that they are able to be mobile, take care of themselves, and engage in all but physically strenuous activities. For example, they must be well enough that they could carry out office work or light housework.

This study is for people age 18 and older.

So if they are running in tandem that means the US cohort 5 was completed in 55 days.
