So if there are patients on Ava 6k still from previous cohorts as stated with no progression it would 9 months i realise that we cant class it as PFS but it would be a great indication of how well ava 6k is working.

I realise it to be a bit of a stupid question but I will ask anyway.

As patients have continued receiving ava6k from previous cohorts could they find MTD that way using accumulation of doses ?

IMO Avacta will know exactly how Ava 6k is performing and as I said with this amount of data they should be able to model outcomes to a certain extent. Remember it is us that has no idea how its performing, avacta haven't spent 2 years and 6 cohorts doing zilch.

Notrex I meant to say known doses of straight dox will be used so not to kill everybody as these have been known for many years and a similar ava 6k dose although far lower than could be used.

And the another quick question for all the medically minded. In P1b one arm is going to be straight dox for which the doseage is known with a straight comparative arm of ava 6k will the dosage be the same quantity ?

If Avacta are unable to find the MTD and the decision is made to use a biologically effective dose what parameters are used and if so will the BED already be known preemptive of not finding MTD.

The amount of data already gathered must enable this, just a layman's q .

VR hopefully you have worked now that Avacta work in the science/ medical sector and have started to feel rather stupid starting this thread.

If it was that would be some statement of intent from Avacta to get someone from a £200 billion company to join a piddling £300 m bio tech.

If it were true I wonder how the market would receive it, anyway here's hoping Sujood the sage is correct as usual.
