No doubt they will announce the dividend for shareholders in their finals early November. If 10% of their profit after tax is around £360m, then the dividend should be about 2.7p. They have also said if they grow accordingly making same or increased profit, they have plans to pay 20% of profits to shareholders in 2024. So the share price will most likely climb approaching their finals.

Regarding your post - would you sell part of your holding in PANR at £1 -30 upwards - say a 1/3 ? Might be within 6 months I guess, unless an offer happens !
