I'm expecting a further TR1 from polygon by Thursday but I'm sure it won't be long before a new buyer is uncovered. They are outbidding Polygon forcing the price upwards today.

There is a rumour that a new buyer has stepped in today. Not sure who but its not the usual one.

I've given a lot of thought to where the SP will soon be. We are most likely to be taken over by big pharma who with all their global marketing and production facilities would soon make any purchase very profitible. There is a second option whereby SNG licence the product and earn a nice ongoing income for very little effort.

The reason I feel a buyout is more probable is because the initial Directors shareholders are now in their later stages of life and must be thinking of retirement soon? Though against this is the thought that they really are not needing more cash than they could ever spend!

Now for the valuation. Working on £1Bn of value makes the SP worth £5 A fair valuation could be about £5Bn or thereabouts. However when Merck recently announced their new pill its value jumped by £20Bn. So we can see £100 per share.
For me I am looking at about £15-20 per share but the potential here is huge.

Polygon are categorically not selling any shares.

I can see a few new buyers emerging here in the next few weeks. The question though is who will move first and when? So I'm thinking February. As for price £15 is not unreasonable here. Any advance on that?

Some members if this board are also on ADVFN which I counted first.

About 43% are held by II's and directors etc. Over on ADVFN they hold about 10% and its about 5% here possibly more.

Polygon have clearly signalled they are building a large position here. others may now follow.

I too invested in TILS at about 60p. Luckily it shot up but I felt they were announcing the slightest news. Patents applied for etc would see the SP rise. I got the feeling the Directors were doing very well but the truth was that nothing was really happening. I sold out at 190p moving it all into SNG. A more solid company with great potential.

Its easy. In 2 months time this will be betwenn 1000p and 2500p. Everyone knows this.

As in retail its just a price point. 99p,150p,199p and the next point is 250p. All you have to do is wait for the next price point. its on the way.

As I said yesterday this will be 300p by the weekend. 211p now
