A) Approximately 166,666,667 warrants with an exercise price of £0.0028 per ordinary share, originally issued on 20 March 2024 and due to expire on 31 December 2025, will now expire on 24 April 2026.
b) Approximately 320,000,000 warrants with an exercise price of £0.0015 per ordinary share, originally issued on 9 January 2025 and due to expire on 31 December 2025, will now expire on 24 April 2026.
Unless the SP moves forward roughly another 15% before the 24th of April it’s doubtful the ones at .28p will be exercised unless that is holders expect the SP to move much further on a Farm In.
That being the case that is extra money for the company negating any need for a raise, also bear in mind any Farm In may well include cash back to cover recent costs for the PC which will leave the company in an extremely healthy cash position.
