You know what, if FIG we're told they could have 70% of their currently projected take if oil was $75 a barrell (ha ha) and at the same time transform the likelihood of this happening they'd bite yer hand off. No need to offer them that much.
But if that was done by saying royalties/tax are a quarter of current level up to $30 a barrell and the SAME as now after that, then that would do it.
And breakeven would then be a lot nearer $30 than $40 !!! And F I then sure of infrastructure spend etc, which is almost all of what they'd ever get in early years anyway.
