Absolutely right Roger. Icanthera is now focussing entirely on a RETAIL market - not specialist drugs, not prescription drugs, not even OTC. It is SO far removed from what IMM are doing that it makes perfect sense to me for Tim to be stepping aside to focus on IMM:

Yes, apologies - I meant USD, not pounds. For everyone's reference, the clip is at 11:58:40.

With regard to the 80% figure, he first mentioned this in connection with SCIB at 11:39:50 but then moves on to Moditope and in that context, said "80% are benefitting from our therapy" at 11:58:40.

Two HUGE statements too...

1) Pricing for iSCIB1 is being modelled on £150,000 per patient, per year

2) Moditope is currently achieving similar results to iSCIB1 and is working in approximately 80% of patients.

This is going to rocket!

When Genmab describes many collaborations, it groups milestones into three buckets—development (clinical), regulatory (filings/approvals), and commercial (launch/sales). For example, the Janssen press release for daratumumab explicitly frames milestones that way

From this morning's RNS: "Development of antibodies partnered with Genmab under our two license agreements remains on track with milestones anticipated in 2026."

So, two legitimate questions for this afternoon...

1) Are milestones anticipated on the first license agreement, the second, or both? ( as the statement would imply)

2) What is the anticipated value anticipated from these milestones? (They must know)

Also, that was only the first deal with Genmab, announced in October 22. A deal on a second candidate, to the same value, was announced in Dec 24...

$6m was just the upfront payment. Milestone payments are potentially far larger (as RNSd at the time):

Scancell to receive from Genmab an upfront payment as well as potential milestone payments of up to $208 million for each product developed and commercialised, up to a maximum of $624 million if Genmab develops and commercialises products across all defined modalities.
