As Jibbo says-no news. Jibbo-can you access SKR's webpage. I can't-get this each time-Can't execute:
The general feeling is that SKR may have indicated to Halyk that further news may be available in the next few weeks and to wait for this for Halyk's report. The news could be any of these. Jorc report. Offtake agreements. J/V news. Leasing of Plant equiment. Dar sales etc.etc.
Halyk report is promised before end of April not next week. "Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. We have postponed the publication of report to a later date after the repriotization of tasks. We expect to release the report before April end at the latest.
the Halyk report just yet. Damac on ADVF* got this reply from them- Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. We have postponed the publication of report to a later date after the repriotization of tasks. We expect to release the report before April end at the latest. Kind regards, Mariyam"
may be back on Monday and hopefully the rerated Halyk report will be out by then. It should be good judging by how long it is being prepared since their meeting with SKR last Thursday.
"Prairie Lake is a unique and very attractive property," said Paul Jones, President. "Not only does it have tremendous scale, but its proximity to existing infrastructure and transportation networks, the relative ease with which it could be exploited from surface using quarry methods, the continuing potential for expansion of the known mineralization and favourable phosphorus metallurgy all point to Prairie Lake being a very valuable asset within Nuinsco's property portfolio, particularly given that more than 80% of the world's known phosphate reserves are located in the politically-troubled Middle East North Africa region countries." Here comes a late flurry of buys wanting a piece of the action before news. Over the years the BOD has been in discusions with various potential partners,so now that SKR's prospects are much clearer, then surely those contacts will be interested in coming back to the table.
Hope not Beanpole. It would cause too many heart attacks. 2 at a time will do nicely.
expected broker upgrade or news. It could be anyone of these. Broker upgrade. Jorc report. Offtake agreements. J/V Dar sales. New leasing on plant equipment. Or some surprising news. Can't think of any more positives. GLA
People are mentioning J/v's or even a takeover, but no one has thought of Off take agreements. The situation is ideal for large customers to arrange these deals, thus securing future business at competitive prices. These usually follow such important news that we have had recently and should be even better after the Jorc report. SXX had one recently and their time scale is later than ours.
Is now available. Cannot see any obvious changes. Halyk report-- I will go for a guess of 18p for their forecast but how the market will react is anyone's guess.
in junior potash groups http://www.agrimoney.com/news/china-india-should-invest-in-junior-potash-groups--5595.html This relates to potash but is also interesting to us. "Good for both sides The solution, Rabobank said, was for importing countries to engage a long-term focus and invest in junior miners – providing the capital to get greenfield projects running, and reducing their vulnerability to the whims of the large groups. "To secure long-term supply at a reasonable price, it has become imperative for large potash importers to facilitate supply development… by pumping in financing, entering supply contract agreements, or acquiring existing mines," Ms Sehrawat said."
Jibbo. If you could give your Mob no. I could text you with important news. If you put it on ADVF* you can delete it there as as soon as I have got it..
The webpage is available. Had a quick look but can't see any changes
Yes Jibbo,I also can't access it. On the 24th Feb,the site was down saying "account suspended" but it was back up the next morning and followed by a RNS on the SUC approval.
look to importers for cash injections → The strong interest by Indian fertilizer companies in equity stakes and agreements to take a certain percentage of a supplier’s production is a welcome development for junior miners that are not getting the same attention from senior potash producers that they did a few years ago. China, the world’s biggest potash consumer, is also exploring ways to secure supplies through juniors. link to full article- http://fertilizermarkets.tumblr.com/
SAPC are not likely to sell as they will want to maintain their 51% holding. If anything ,they are likely to buy more but there could be a closed period present due to expected news on the 60% Chilisai deposit, which could prevent them or others BOD members buying.
Yes junji. Explains the big spread and why they have dropped the bid.. Some may wish to rollover as news of the remaining 60% deposit could come at any time.
Like I said earlier that the BOD will want to get out as much news as possible in order to boost the sp to give a higher basis for any j/v talks. So we may get some surprising news on that basis.
I didn't expect the SUC acceptance so soon but I did expect the BFS soon after conversion as it was in SKR's interest to start the news flow asap after conversion. I think they will do their utmost to maintain the ongoing newsflow in order to keep the sp as high as possible for any j'v talks. Next news could be - Positive Halyk report due this week. Update on rest of 60% deposit of phosphate. Some DAR orders ready for the planting season. Plus any more interesting news. So,we could progress even further on any of the above points
