My comments about January are IMO and based on my own research and assumptions

If all available shares were sold at current price plus a small discount ie placement.... less than £3m would be raised. No further shares would be available and NONE would be voted through by shareholders
There would also be NO shares remaining for share option bonuses

Option available..... a liquidity event delivering a big chunk of cash to allow tern to operate for the foreseeable and invest in new investees
Tern will enter 2022 with about £1.2m in the bank
I see a liquidity event first qtr and suspect January or February

The purpose of tern is to create exits via liquidity events .... that's their objective and a published strategy
To enable tern to raise funds they'll be needing a decent liquidity event to deliver significant funds
They'll be no placement at these prices of the remaining shares. Liquidity event it will be. Be it one or two who knows but sisto. But at least one. January or February

I'm only going off the link posted where it appears to state 150m new shares. If 20 old shares = 1 new shares that's where my assumption comes from

At £1 a new share am I happy. Not at all. Is it better than what we have now. Of course. But it in no way reflects what I thought .... when first offered free share 1 for 1 tils and its tils that led me to believe on the value of tils and accustem

So my hope when originally going for these "free" shares that at somepoint my 15000 shares could be worth £2-3 each in time so £30-45k. But I now have 750 new accustem which if I'm lucky may scrape £2-3 each... bit of a slap in the face. Given how tils hyped

So 150m new accustem shares is equivalent of 3 billion old shares.
150m x 20 = 3b. Sounds more like a crypto type scam

Can't remember total number of accustem share. But 1 new for 20 old. Is that correct

From here.... it will (imo) bounce around .18 - .21. It will again imo move up over the next few months. Doubt we'll see much lower than .18. But we'll see higher for sure. How much higher. Your guess is as good as mine. As guess is all it will be
But alots happening now. Resource will increase by over 100% in old zulu only. We'll see a jv and we'll see offtakes.
Again my beleif is we'll see all these in next 3 months
