Snowking. I think the rns should have been clearer as to spreading over the years. It reverted back to the poorly written rns I thought we'd left behind. Felt rushed ..... nomad should be ashamed for allowing it.

But if your interpretation is correct. I'm less unhappy than yesterday. But. Again. Should have been clear

Ive personally no doubt its undervalued - just Prem havent told anyone what its worth - constant promises but we never seem to deliver the promised RNS - test results , RUS, review update, pilot mine

Just a dilution when GR promised NO dilutions

Its possibly the most frustrating share ive known.

To be (other than it will be worth loads one day) ive little clue what the plan or strategy is or what to expect - GR keeps moving the proverbial goal posts and never actually being clear - and for that he feels the engagement should be rewarded billion plus share options

Explains the large sells last couple of days - sell at a better price - drop the price - buy back cheaper

Release decent RNS - price goes up

Feels like drop the price first so some can load up on shares before any decent RNS

Maybe about time someone discussed things on here constructively - no ramp and no deramp

I feel the RNS was poorly worded so would welcome serious comment

1. So can prem just create a billion plus shares for this purpose with no shareholder agreement?
2. Can the company issue this many shares as a potential bonus if they know - they are going to imminently produce bug news and a rerate or is it sort of insider trading
3. Does the date on May 23 for DFS mean a delay or is it actually the oppositie as they can deliver faster and get the bonus - is this just really badly written
4. How does this work with Souhou and their 13% dont they have the right to more shares them seleves now to retain % where do these additional shares come from

Please explain how these are all positives as it doesnt feel like one as we were expecting big updates this month (this week)

Makes you wonder why there were some big chunky sells last few days - people in the know cashing some profit

Given the times they were definitely buys and add to that the price rise .... buys 100%

More to come now fda out of the way. Bet we see another rns within a week

Maybe it's time to at least tweet such information if not worth a full rns
